C-Span does not do polls.

Anybody who watched that debate tonight and came away with the idea that Donald is anything other than an unhinged, senile old man yelling at clouds needs to have his head examined.

I wish it weren't so. I'd vote for DeSantis or Nikki. I won't vote for Trump or Kamala.

Just read that the Democrats raised more money tonight than any political party in history has in a week.

I don't understand why people like you are so afraid to just come out and admit who you are voting for and which party you support. It is painfully obvious from your posting history. Just own it.

Yes. That was one of them. She baited him multiple times. And then it gets him off track defending himself nonstop vs pressing against her. And when he defends himself HE RAMBLES. that's that worst part. Republicans and Trump supporters will hear it and not understand how bad it sounds. But others hear it and cringe. When he finally comes out of his triggered daze he then attacks her on random things. It just doesn't come off as coherent.

Swifties vote for communism and the continuation of our Marxist regime on command, don't they? They probably think voting for the Marxist regime is "protecting our democracy".

I initially wondered why Trump would make the focus of his closing statement, "Why hasn't she done it for the past 3.5 years?" when the question is so easily rebutted with, "Dude, she's been VICE president."

I assumed most Americans understand that the vice president does not hold that kind of power, but after reading some comments on here, it appears that was a wrong assumption.

It just seems foolish to base your closing statement on something easily countered.

Oh, so the VP gets to ignore the record of the President and their party while in power? Come on.
CNN is an enemy of the state and should be treated as such.

Do you see how she can hardly wait for him to finish his sentence before she is interrupting him and try to prove him wrong.

This is how all of the Republicans are interviewed. They are not allowed to talk. They are talked over and they are insulted. On the other hand when they interviewed Democrats, they just let them talk forever and spew what is mostly lies.

And we have seen videos, photos and first-hand accounts commenting on this. And he made a point that people are reporting this just because the police aren't doesn't mean it's not true. Look what happened in Colorado. Their ****ing lunatic governor was denying these takeovers from the Venezuelan gangs were happening and they are. It is so for them to definitively say it is not true and it is debunked is absolutely absolute bull****

They dont, trust me. You think most Americans understand how the three branches work? No, they dont.

Unfortunately, I think you're right, but it was disappointing to read comments on here from people who thought it was a great closing.

Kamala probably can't rebut that directly, because she would effectively be downplaying her own role as VP, but her campaign, PACs, etc, can do thst more tactfully, and will. It's easy.

I disagree. Trump needs people to see she was as much a part of the current disaster as Biden. She's trying to run from her own administration. Why? Because it's a failure and her team knows it. Painting her as Biden 2.0 is effective.

But she wasn't. She was vice president. It's not her administration, it's Biden's.

But, you might be right because dumb American voters don't understand that. It's unfortunate, but I suppose effective strategy.

She's the tie breaking vote in a 50 50 senate.

It's not a strategy, it's what they've claimed from the get go. Previously, you had the Carter administratio, the Reagan administration, the Bush administration, the Clinton administration, the Bush administration, the Obama administration and the Trump administration, but they have purposely referred to this one as the Biden- Harris administration because she was black and a women and they wanted you to know it. She gets to own all this administration's failures.

Are there any unbiased polls showing the reaction? Are these tilted towards Trump? Just curious, I don't know anything about these polls.

You are correct but she was publicly given the task of fixing the illegal immigration issue and failed and she has personally said she was the last one in the room multiple times. And as we found out last night that when sent to Ukraine to try and escalate she didn't even meet or attempt to meet with Putin. She has raised her hand multiple times in the last 4 years saying look at me and now she is trying to deny. Her actions speak volumes of her lack of trustworthiness.

Thought Kamala led Trump around by the nose all night. She set the narrative on basically every question. Example: Trump spending the majority of his time talking about his rally size instead of addressing the border question, which is his best issue. That was bait and he fell for it repeatedly. He used to be the one who was the guy setting the narratives in debates.

Won't matter for his vote totals, but he allowed her to solidify hers and made this election much closer.
