He has executive immunity to be claimed in the Georgia case.

In his official duties as POTUS, he has the responsibility to ensure a free and fair election and that all votes were counted.

If we are going back to how snowflakes in the world want to decipher intent on telephone calls, then we can do the Ukraine thing all over again.

But even if what he did was against the law, a sitting POTUS has complete immunity outside of impeachment process.

If Dems want to go forth on that, we will be at SCOTUS for a hearing on the future of the Republic.

You could be right. I just think that's the one case most likely to get a conviction of the 4 cases.

Jury selection will be tougher in Georgia than Manhattan. Not sure where the case in Georgia is but its going to be tougher.

Plus again they have to prove what the meaning of his words were and everyone has to agree he meant nothing else other than the worst possible meaning and worst possible context and worse possible intention of each word.

If your boss and you are working on a big project and he comes in and says "if we don't get this project completed, we will be dead men", is the understanding that he is threatening you with murder suicide if you don't work faster? Or that your client is going to kill you both?

That's what the Georgia case is. Just like Ukraine. And its how mentally defective people have to be to take what he said in such a way that they think he broke a law.

But, people are crazy and liberals are clearly mentally defective.

Took them 7 years to find a "crime", and it's an alleged federal campaign finance "crime" that the sitting far left Democrat US Attorney General did not think was a crime. They had to go for a local leftist mob and completely b*st*rdizing the "law" to get it done. Pathetic. Beyond pathetic.
you seem to be not realizing the REAL grand juries are investigating and empanelled to go after Trump for January 6 and the Georgia voting attempt to "create more votes"

so you may think this is the only thing the democrats have- but Trump will likely be indicted at least for one additional crime or indicted two more times.

What are the crimes for which he will be indicted these additional times?

Side note...
Wasn't someone else we can't talk about on these forums working for Georgia political candidate? I wonder if this guy was an intern for the same person.

I can't Look It Up because all those posts were removed from the forums.

I loathe Trump so am not wasting my time scouring the internet about potential indictments

but telling the Governor of Georgia to "find more votes" is probably illegal if they can prove Trump knew there were not other votes to find.

or you think there are grand juries and Special Counsels investigating things that are not crimes? even Bragg is bringing something that is a crime, even though it's not a felony and not a crime that is ever actually prosecuted.

I think Desantis' best move is to throw all support to Trump, perhaps even consider a VP role. Arguably the best chance for a blowout (wipeout) of democrats.
By stepping aside, he avoids being a first time loser for the candidacy

Trump was dominated by geriatric Biden in 2020 and has been responsible for republicans losing 3 election cycles in a row and you think he can win in a blowout?

No disrespect to Mr Trump, but he is his own worst enemy, although 100% of msm was against him. As far as the current occupant of the White House, my neighbor's dog just sh*t a better President .

Their whole reason for this is buried in the bottom of that article - plan is to split the republicans by forcing DeSantis to either assist or not assist extradition. Their hope is to further drive a wedge in the Republican Party for upcoming election. They wont take this beyond the photo shoot of his arrest

Only way that could even remotely be proven is if Dominion told him there were not.
