In his official duties as POTUS, he has the responsibility to ensure a free and fair election and that all votes were counted.

But even if what he did was against the law, a sitting POTUS has complete immunity outside of impeachment process.
If Dems want to go forth on that, we will be at SCOTUS for a hearing on the future of the Republic.
You could be right. I just think that's the one case most likely to get a conviction of the 4 cases.
