Braggs violating the NY constitution by not prosecuting some crimes and setting aside bail requirements does not lead me to believe him to be an ethical person. Has nothing to do with him being woke or who funded him. He simply is incompetent.

You think Bragg has an IQ over 105? I would be surprised. Its funny you worship him now though. Go for it.

What a weird timeline.

So it's a pornstar that Trump cheated on his wife with that finally gets him indicted.

If he had used campaign finances to pay for it, he would have had to pay a fine. However, it's because he tried to hide it as a lawyer fee and published knowingly false business records that made it worse.

Any new speculation on timing of indictment (seems obvious with Congress leaving) and leaving it sealed? Seems leaving it sealed until at least next week to let the Sunday shows have plenty of fodder to opine about, particularly with the 34 counts nonsense.

Will they even let Trump and his lawyers see the charges before or during trial?
