Telegram poses a "huge problem" for Ukraine and must be legally forced to do away with anonymous channels, Kiev's top spy Kirill Budanov said in an interview with British state broadcaster BBC published on Monday.
The intelligence chief believes that the Russian-made platform, which was ranked the most popular messaging app in Ukraine in 2023 according to SimilarWeb, has now effectively acquired that status of media and insisted that it is "abnormal" that the owners of channels are allowed to conceal their identities.
"We should streamline it all put things in order, at least legally force everyone to register so that it is clear who belongs to which media," Budanov said, suggesting that people should bear responsibility for the opinions they express.
Asked if simply blocking certain Telegram channels would fix the problem, Budanov claimed that such a move would only be a temporary solution, and insisted that only forcing channel owners to register would prove effective.

The funny/true/sad part;Quote:
Over the weekend, Republicans and Democrats in Congress alike borrowed another $60 billion $60,000,000,000 to give to Ukraine, a nation known for pretty women and large bribes to the spawn of Biden, Pelosi and other DC scum. Then the Democrats all waved Ukraine flags and patted themselves on the ass for saving democracy and defense contractors.
Mark Tapscott wrote, "There is only one Member of the House of Representatives who was born in Ukraine, Rep. Victoria Spartz (R-Ind.). She voted against that $95 billion foreign aid package approved by the lower chamber over the weekend."
Earlier she said, "If we don't have proper oversight, we are not going to achieve our goals. We cannot have these never-ending wars."
But as the leader of this pack of rats in Washington, Obama, said, "Yes we can."
And yes they are. Vietnam is their model and they have modified it to the point where their defense contractor buddies can sell war materiel to the USA for a war without sending soldiers with them.
It works out well because no Americans are drafted or harmed, the missile merchants are paid, the politicians kids (stepkid in John Kerry's case) collect the kickbacks, and everyone gets to pose with Mister Greenshirt for their re-election ads. For just $10,000 more, he'll throw in air raid sirens when he strolls with you from the president's house on Hrushevsky Street.
The downside is Russia is winning the war and the Poles are stuck with millions of Ukrainians many of them draft resistors who do not want to die for their LBJ, Zelensky. Imagine that.
What a war.Quote:
But Europe has found a way to have to make Russia a serious threat. First, Europe opened its gates and let millions of military-age Muslims in to feast on their welfare programs. They raped German women on New Year's Eve 2015. Instead of outrage, Germans accepted it and denounced Trump for even mentioning it.
DW later complained, "During his US presidential election campaign, Donald Trump portrayed the attacks as a cautionary tale from a misguided refugee policy. Trump used them unscrupulously in his anti-immigration polemics.
"In Germany itself, the long-running debate about migration policy and how to live together in a pluralistic society flared up. Citizens who until then had no concerns felt a newfound need for security. Sales of alarm pistols, pepper spray, and tear gas soared to record levels."
Alarm pistols? Those are blank guns. Firing one does nothing but make you a fair target for retaliation.
Trump warned them that the USA will not always be there for them.
Biden stuffed the ballot boxes with fraudulent mail-in ballots and took the presidency, much to the relief of the Eurocrats pushing the pencils in Brussels. When Putin looked into Biden's eyes, he saw an opportunity to annex Donbas in Ukraine by force.
NATO leaders and Congress rallied 'round the blue and yellow flag. The farce was with them. They gave Zelenskyy everything he wanted, including an extra and unnecessary Y at the end of his name. The proxy war encouraging Ukraine to fight Russia for us strengthened Putin because his generals now have combat experience while NATO's generals are still doormen with shiny medals.
CNBC reported last year, "Russia's military has been widely discredited and disparaged by the Western media since the start of its invasion of Ukraine, seen to have bungled the early phase of the war after suffering a series of setbacks and retreats.
"But defense analysts at a top London-based military think tank have investigated Russia's tactical adaptations during the war and have noted that a more structured, coordinated and reactive armed force has emerged and one that's particularly strong on the defensive.
"As such, Russia's military now represents a much more formidable opponent for Ukraine as it prepares to launch a much-anticipated counteroffensive to reclaim occupied territory."
NATO has awoken a sleeping midget by adding Ukraine as a member in everything but name. This is an alligator mouth, bumblebee ass move because NATO cannot fight a foreign war when it is under attack by the Muslim World from within. The squawking by NATO leaders likely is to get their kids' cuts of the action.

Big shocker on the F-16's not turning the tide;Quote:
This is utterly shocking because they are talking about actual deserters who were already fighting on the front or in military unitsnot men who fled the country to avoid service; those, as we all know, already number in potentially the millions. For instance, this headline from the start of the SMO in 2022 states 500k had already fled:
No, this is much worse. These are actual deserters from the already-thinning frontline, which is said to have a measly ~250-300k men or less. As such it represents a catastrophic morale. It's another wake up call to those who actually believe Kiev's casualty numbers. Tens of thousands of confirmed POWs, 100k deserters, but only 30k killed?
Listen to Zelensky lie out of every orifice below. Not only does he lie about mobilization being for replacing brigades but also that it's merely about getting younger soldiers to operate drones, since they're 'better with technology'. We now know the mobilization bill in fact eschewed the 'demobilization' clause, so yes, the new men are to replace brigades but not in the way he implies, i.e. not to rotate them out, but to replace destroyed/deceased ones:

However, pilot training in Europe is less advanced, with only 10 Ukrainians currently undergoing training on European soil. After six months in the UK, where they learned the basics of combat aviation in English, four of them arrived in France in early March for what is known as the "advanced fighter" phase, during which they will be introduced to the various tactics used on Western fighters such as air-to-ground bombing and air defense tactics. The six other Ukrainian pilots still overseas are expected in France in the coming weeks.
Scheduled to last around six months, this phase will take place at an air base in southwest France, the precise location of which is being kept confidential for security reasons. The French training program for Ukrainian pilots includes approximately 50 simulator sessions and 80 flying hours on the Alpha Jet, a Franco-German twin-engine aircraft.

According to a military source, the 10 Ukrainian pilots training in Europe are relatively inexperienced, which explains the length of their training journey. Their average age is between 21 and 23, and six of them had never sat in a combat aircraft before arriving in the UK. The other four had only flown Aero L-39s in Ukraine, a Czech trainer widely used in former Warsaw Pact countries. This youth and inexperience can be explained by the shortage of pilots in Ukraine, many of whom have been killed or injured since the start of the conflict.

Quote:
In 2019, then-National Intelligence Council analyst Eric Ciaramella touched off a political firestorm when he anonymously accused Trump of linking military aid for Ukraine to a demand for an investigation into alleged Biden corruption in that country.
But four years earlier, while working as a national security analyst attached to then-Vice President Joe Biden's office, Ciaramella was a close adviser when Biden threatened to cut off U.S. aid to Ukraine unless it fired its top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Ukraine-based Burisma Holdings. At the time, the corruption-riddled energy giant was paying Biden's son Hunter millions of dollars.
Those payments along with other evidence tying Joe Biden to his family's business dealings received little attention in 2019 as Ciaramella accused Trump of a corrupt quid pro quo. Neither did subsequent evidence indicating that Hunter Biden's associates had identified Shokin as a "key target." These matters are now part of the House impeachment inquiry into President Biden.
"It now seems there was material evidence that would have been used at the impeachment trial [to exonerate Trump]," said George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley, who has testified as an expert witness in the ongoing Biden impeachment inquiry. "Trump was alleging there was a conflict of interest with the Bidens, and the evidence could have challenged Biden's account and established his son's interest in the Shokin firing."
Maddening how obvious all of these links/connections are, really.Quote:
Ciaramella worked under CIA Director John Brennan when President Obama made Biden his point man on Ukraine in 2014, the same year Burisma hired Hunter. The next year, the CIA detailed Ciaramella, a longtime advocate for aid to Ukraine, to the White House, where he worked closely with Biden and his staff as a top adviser on key Ukrainian policies. After Biden left office, he stayed on at the GOP White House until mid-2017 even though he's a Democrat, working as a Ukrainian and Russian analyst on Trump's National Security Council. Co-workers there accused him of trying to sabotage Trump, including allegedly leaking sensitive information to the press.
Swell job you've done on 'helping' the Ukrainians deal with the Russians all these years, Nuland-Biden-Ciaramella!Quote:
Ciaramella also worked directly with top Obama and Biden administration diplomats on Ukraine, including senior State Department official Victoria Nuland. "Eric was regularly the clearing authority to get me into the White House for interagency meetings on Ukraine," Nuland revealed in a 2020 Senate deposition. Asked if she ever discussed Ukraine policy and Shokin with Ciaramella, Nuland testified: "Of course, I did. He was part of the interagency process. He was also on my negotiating team for the six, seven rounds of negotiations I did with the Russians on [the disputed Ukraine region] Donbas."
Ciaramella was directly involved in talks concerning the massive U.S. aid package to Ukraine that Biden conditioned on the removal of Shokin, who at the time had seized the assets of the corrupt Burisma oligarch employing Hunter Biden. He also arranged and participated in White House talks with Ukrainian prosecutors visiting from Shokin's office.
