Not a criminal lawyer, but I'd be concerned about waiving that argument if I didn't file a motion to transfer venue.

Yes, I agree and it was something I should've added in my post. Innocent until proven guilty. I am a firm believer in this. However, today, with the internet and social media it drives a lot of this to guilty until proven innocent. Look at all the sleuths out there that are talking about his eyes. Or his walk. Or this. Or that. And it all proves guilty.

Evidence and attorneys prove guilt or innocence and it's up to the jury to decipher and determine it.

All we have heard is the guy is anxious to get back to Idaho to see the evidence against him. That is why I asked the question earlier about whether or not they shared the charges and evidence with him when he was arrested. The answer to that was no, he won't learn that until he gets back to Idaho and they share that. Hearing that it makes me think he'll be surprised to find out a family member submitted a 23andme or something for geneology and that was what popped him. Or the clerk that spent hours watching video and saw his car. He thought he'd planned the perfect crime and is shocked to get caught.

Media is speculating that the probable cause affidavit will be released tomorrow.

The FBI's stop him to get pictures of his hands does not give my a warm fuzzy about the case. If they have the DNA evidence, why the need to look at his hands, which probably had healed by then anyway?

Because you always want more. Keep piling on the evidence so that there is no other reasonable conclusion than guilt.

Cuts or no cuts it proves nothing one way or the other. I'm old and my cuts heal in 5 weeks, he was a young guy.

I have also wondered if any of the students were he was a TA that said he was off noticed cuts on his hands. You would have assumed there would be quite a bit of cuts or bruising or something on his hands having brutally killed 4 people.

Also gives them better view of driver and their actions.

Have not read it but was told he left sheath at scene.

They have video of his car driving in front of the home several times leading up to 4am, then have video around 4:20 am of him driving off in a hurry. No front license plate, guess they didn't have a view of rear license plate.

Wait, either the floor plans that we have seen is wrong or there is a mistake repeated several times about one of the surviving roommate's bedroom being on the second floor. I thought both of the survivors' bedrooms were on the first floor?
