Because the judges took the off ramp before ruling on the merits. They ruled there was no standing shown by the states to even hear/decide the merits of the fraud allegations. They never considered the merits of the fraud claim.

Why do you "need" to see that video? Is the cell GPS data not enough for you? Was the blue graphical path to the drop boxes and organizations by one individual not enough? I don't understand why we need to see video?! When is the last time you gave your phone to someone else?

It's called making a sound case. Circumstantial evidence is nice, but it's no silver bullet.

If you say you have the video, show it.

If you say you have it and then don't show it... But do a lot of talking... Well... That's suspect.

Making an airtight case isn't hard. Or it shouldn't be. If they have the evidence they claim to have. But we haven't seen such a presentation.

Listen to D'Souza's explanations that have been linked. He's responding to your exact question, which is a common DEBUNKED!!!! fact-check!!! question he's been getting from the establishment propagandists at Politico, NYT, AP.

The whole point is they have the gps data for cell phones visiting all these different drop boxes in the same day, with stops at Abrams's and other NGO/ not for profit orgs along the way, many of these insecure drop boxes have no video surveillance, video surveillance could not be provided, or cameras were conveniently not working during early voting.

Our system is full of unauditable control gaps with easy-fraud loop-holes that are too easy to take advantage of and get away with. That's the whole point.

Mail in voting needs to be reigned in and these drop boxes have to go.
