Based off the images from the Yavoriv Military Training Ground/The International Center for Peacekeeping and Security, it looks like the Russian strike was pretty large scale, and targeted multiple areas of the facility. This is a shift from smaller less precise strikes.

It may be a coin flip to determine if he is wise enough to realize that use of WMDs will surely seal his demise (perhaps from within his country) or if he is sufficiently demented to do it to overwhelm the Ukrainians by any means necessary. I wouldn't try to call that toss right now.
