I was just on the phone with my Dad and was talking about a BBC video I saw on YouTube last night about a childrens hospital in Kyiv. Showed one kid who'd been severely injured and lots of cancer and other patients that need medicine that has run out. Some of them will most likely pass away and instead of getting to enjoy their last days with their families with any already terrible disease, they now have to suffer through a war and no medicine. I for one am ready to sacrifice my families safety for NATO to step in. This can't be allowed to happen. Every Russian that's stepped across that border, 19 year old kid or not needs to get obliterated and driven back across the border.

They have NEVER gotten those simple ideas right. The only way they were able to make the impact they had against Germany in WW2 was they were kept supplied with food etc so they could take advantage of their masses of people to push the war to Germany. WW1 saw them basically do what they are doing now. When these guys start starving and freezing, I don't expect that they're going to be near as motivated. I mentioned awhile back when the initial units started running out of gas that we could see units surrender, I'm still of that opinion.
On the flip side of this, the Ukrainians are also going to start running into shortages as well if they haven't already.

Can those thermobaric weapons be turned on the Russians? I don't really understand how they work - I thought their purpose was to clear our buildings/caves.
Local population will feed the Ukrainians but not the Russians. Everyone has wiped out what was in the supermarkets and stocked it in their pantries, which probably wasn't all that much, they tend to have small supermarkets there. TOS-1A can do some serious damage from afar. There's been reports of up to 12KM. This is a huge lever if they can get it out and have ammunition. No doubt this one machine can severely impact / slow down a column is no time at all.TxAgIB said:
