Lawful is subjective and inherent to the governing body directing said war criminals. It only becomes unlawful when that governing body loses and other laws are then enforced. At the time of the crime, with that nation and it's individuals, the crime was legal. You cannot think the American ideal and viewpoint is prevalent in every person across the world and across all time.

We still have plenty of reason to not fully trust the science behind these vaccines. We still don't know how effective they are for how long much less the long term ramifications to how our bodies will fight off in the future.

Should not be shaming a person that 1) does not want to be an experiment or 2) does not want to have something injected that is against their personal beliefs. These guys work their assess off and are in peak condition and are effectively 0% risk of any adverse impacts from COVID-19 (any variant). They should be praised for their health status not berated for not being jabbed.

Any injunction against medical mandates are a win....even if temporary....

I am honestly disappointed in your take on people in America choosing to take a pass on a vaccine that is nearly 99.999% unnecessary. Don't care if military. This virus has enough history to know it is all but guaranteed to be a mild cold for these young people in peak condition.

You should spend more time ridiculing the Military's stance on requirement more than the Seals, who put their lives on the line for our country, who choose not not take the jab.

I don't care if you're an E1 laundry clerk or a O6 SOCOM commander. The backbone of what we do is following lawful orders and carrying out the objectives of the officers appointed over us. Period. The end. If you can't do that then get the F out.

Are they lawful?

Does it hurt to ask the 3rd branch of gov't if the orders are lawful? Isn't that what they are there for? I know you are a very powerful keyboard warrior and all, but don't we have judges who hear evidence and determine lawfulness?

You see, the people that put this whole America experiment together thought there might be an instance where a government agency over stepped its bounds, and therefore they gave us an avenue to lawfully challenge those government agencies via the legal system (I think they said it was our duty or something). You wouldn't want to deny someone their constitutional rights, would you? What is the harm in letting the courts decide the legality of the edict and then move forward?
