How so? 99.4% of the navy is now vaccinated. Our unit is 100%. A few crybaby problem children ran to court and even if the "win" their careers are done and they will be buried later.
Good, burry these guys.....................what a loser you are! Dudes standing up for their freedoms and you not only want to call them crybabies, but you applaud the ending of their careers! You sir are a real stand up citizen.

I don't care if you're an E1 laundry clerk or a O6 SOCOM commander. The backbone of what we do is following lawful orders and carrying out the objectives of the officers appointed over us. Period. The end. If you can't do that then get the F out.
The legality of an order making someone take a vaccine that has not been fully tested and vetted is a question that will ultimately have to be decided by the Supreme Court. Even though I signed up to possibly go get killed in combat, I did not sign up to be a test case for unproven medical treatments.

The vaccine is fully approved. You can scream whatever podcast conspiracy you want but that is the cold hard reality. Determining vaccine approval isn't in our lane.

Not a podcast conspiracy. The legal distinctions between Biontech and Comairity bring this into question as stated in the U.S District Court in N. Florida case in the last couple of weeks.

Per STM....you signed up to only say "Yes sir, may I have another". You did not sign up to use your brain and look at data.

Not the navy community I'm in, but I do know the vast majority of the military is like this. From the start of the nuke pipeline, we are taught always question why and how, and analyze for trends based off data over time.

He's definitely a good little soldier who never ever takes off his mask in a DoD building, and probably wears it outside on base too. I haven't worn a mask in my workplace for about a year, and no one in my chain of command gives a ***** Being a nuke sucks ass sometimes, but in these few instances it's refreshing to work around people who can think for themselves a little bit.

Another lawsuit Abbott and the Texas National Guard suing Biden.

Quote:

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said Tuesday that the state would sue President Biden's administration over its vaccine requirement for all members of the military, including National Guardsmen.

The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court in Tyler on Tuesday.

In a letter released Jan. 4, Abbott reminds leaders of the Texas National Guard not to punish Guardsmen who choose not to get vaccinated against COVID-19.

"Unless President Biden federalizes the Texas National Guard in accordance with Title 10 of the U.S. Code, he is not your commander-in-chief under our federal or state Constitutions," Abbott said in the letter. "And as long as I am your commander-in-chief, I will not tolerate efforts to compel receipt of a COVID19 vaccine. To the extent the DoD vaccine mandate conflicts with the order I have given, my order controls."

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced the lawsuit shortly after Abbott released the latest letter. The lawsuit argues that neither department secretaries nor other agents to the federal government may withhold payment from individual servicemembers, in direct opposition of a recent memorandum from the U.S. Department of Defense.

The Department of Defense previously said Guardsmen who are not vaccinated should be barred from participating in drills due to their vaccination refusal. Without participation in drills, those members won't receive credit toward retirement and other federal benefits, which are funded by money from the federal government.

it isn't fully approved. It is still Emergency Use. If that is your definition of "fully approved" then you are right, but it isn't anyone else's. It is just their excuse. No conspiracy theory about it.
