This is so damn frustrating. I cannot believe neither side apparently does not have even a half-ass technical expert. As I mentioned yesterday the AI argument is non-sequitur. Bi-cubic interpolation does add pixels but it's not AI...
Why is the defense not doing what Binger has been doing? Argue for your ****ing client.
So ok, since they are wanting to look at the video, can we speculate on why? Has it come down to provocation and self defense claims in their deliberations? Is the jury wanting to see Kyle running away from Rosenbaum to reassure themselves that he retreated first? Is the jury wanting to see for themselves if there was actually a provocation or a rifle pointed at anybody who was paying attention to it?

That's unknown. If you're a holdout juror staking your view on provocation and everyone else on the jury is saying you can't even tell what's happening on the video, watching the video again would make sense for both sides.
Normally the judge would issue a minute order giving a deadline, even a short one for response. this is baffling to me as well. i am no technical expert on digital imagining, but as an engineer it has take me less than 2 days of research to get up to speed on the technology and what is going on around these videos and photos. and that is just in my free time. it is literally these guys paying job to do this right now.RED AG 98 said:

It is Rorschach evidence. People who want acquittal will see nothing, people who are convinced he is guilty will see provocation.

Judge doesn't even know if the defendant can be present for the jury viewing the video? Can't let the state cue up the videos, either.
