Force expert is going to drive a nail in the trial today. Kyle had great control of his gun and acted responsibly.

Judge: I have now opened up the link you sent me from Washington Post [AFB: from State, I guess, part of effort to pierce 5th Amendment silence issue], I'll take a look at it at the break.
You mean, this guy?FriscoKid said:

I wish I would have been on this jury. Keep waiting to get my first jury opportunity. Nearly 41 damn years and nothing.

One thing I wish the defense would have attacked yesterday was the prosecutors use of still images when Kyle shot GG. The prosecutor dishonestly asked him if the "moment" when he shot GG, did GG have his gun pointed at Kyle. He provided a photo of the moment GG's arm was exploding. The defense should have objected as the premise of the question is based on an inaccuracy. That was not the moment Kyle pulled the trigger. Kyle pulled the trigger some time before that moment, when the gun was in a different position. They also failed to ask if the prosecution had bothered to determine the effect that the bullets impact (after the gun is fired) on GG's arm has on the arm and the gun.
Curious: If the judge admonishes the jury (and others involved?) before breaks not to discuss the case, etc., does that edict (at least in principle) not extend to witnesses like GG and others? In other words, is it not possible that GG could be called back to the stand and does he not have an obligation to keep his trap shut until the close of the trial? I mean, I know he wants an early jump on his book deal and all, but still ... Serious question for the legals.Rendered Fat said:
GG was on GMA this morning getting the sympathetic victim treatment. Absolutely disgusting.
Because they are a servant of the court and deserve the respect of everyone in it.Mr.Ackar07 said:
Just curious. Why does everyone need to stand when the jury enters and leaves the courtroom?
