makes sense, the full length video, the beginning, you hear SEVERAL gunshots, seem to be coming from different locations and are clearly different calibers.

My guess is the dude that now has a giant hole through his arm was involved at the beginning, scenario where he was shooting, dude with AR gets spooked and kills the lunging midget, he then immediately calls 911 and the rest if history

One correction on the video is that the beginning scene the guy he says is Kyle is wearing shorts and a black hat and Kyle shows up later in a white hat and jeans. So I think the guy in the first part of the video is not Kyle. If you assume that, then I don't see Kyle anywhere in that first scene where bald short guy is making a fool of himself. That could be important in case someone were to try to argue that Kyle took this dude up on his offer to shoot him or had some predisposed beef with him.

Who is in that scene are all three guys who got shot: bald dude, skateboard, and hole in arm guy so they were all together in some way before the event.

My question mainly for curiosity sake is how much time elapsed between the 1st scene at the gas station to where Kyle is being chased by bald man. Also what caused the bald guy to chase Kyle. Clear to me that the bald dude was amped up and looking for a fight already judging by his attitudes towards the guys with guns so maybe he thought he would beat one of them down later who got separated from their group and maybe approached them about destroying cars.

Whatever happened in between these two events I do think is important. Kyle presumably confronted the people vandalizing these cars but do we have facts about what confrontation ensued? We know it ended with Kyle retreating and being chased, but not necessarily what happened before then or how much time passed. And unfortunately for Kyle, the nearby witnesses seem to be engaged in criminal activity themselves (property damage to cars) and redshirt witness is dead. But since there is no video of this gap I'm wondering if witness statements played a role there.

The later shooting is clearly self defense.

The guy in the first video that takes his shirt off to aid the guy shot in the head is a reporter. He gave an interview about what happened. Kyle and another armed person were going into the crowd to see if anyone needed medical assistance. They got separated and somehow the chase began. He doesn't say anything about cars being vandalized.
