That's insane to talk that way. Put the shoe on the other foot--- if are China, would consider any move against that dam essentially a nuclear attack, with all that implied.


On a lighter and fascinating note---- next time you watch "Dam Busters" compare it to `Star Wars' (original -New Hope) and you will be stunned at how closely even some of the lines are lifted, not just the idea.

Good to hear. Spillways closed is very encouraging news. That's the kind of disastrous thing that wouldn't wish on any nation outside of during a total war where the stakes are so all-or-nothing. Even then, would feel bad for all the citizens.
