Dog walker 2 first approach: casually walks by it. Doesnt appear to stop

Dog walker 2 second approach: same as first approach

Hoaxer arriving home: appears to go to his car dig around for stuff in the car, then goes to his apartment in the nearby building


Hoaxer going back to car: spends a lot of time in front of the car and appears to be lifting the wipers





I slowed down the video of him returning to his car. Go to 32 seconds and watch the flash of white going TOWARDS the windshield. very obvious on a 32 inch screen or bigger
