The Police Officer has zero incentive to lie. Give up his $70 k salary a year, not feed his family, be unemployed, lose his possible retirement pension, and to face Tampering with a Governmental record charge to what? to cover up a fake hate crime? Are you kidding me?

compared to

faking a hate crime which gets you - no consequences - in fact it gets you defended as someone who is just a victim of the system. and it gets you elevated in the view of victims groups and you are given 2nd or 3rd chances usually. any organization (school, apartment, etc.) will go out of their way to bend over backwards for you.

there are literally ZERO consequences.

Do you have any reason to believe that the video, when it comes out, will show anything different than what is in the police report?

Stated a different way, do you think the officer lied in the police report?

I want you on record now, BEFORE the video comes out.
I think it's possible the police officer lied. I'm not saying whether he did or didn't but in order to decide on whether he did or not, I need to see the evidence
The evidence will be released. No reason for the officer to lie because, unlike the alleged victim, he's smart enough to know that he would be caught lying.

I'm convinced now that you are trolling.
Is it really trolling to say that it's a possibility the police officer lied? The evidence likely will be released, but it's important to see whether the evidence proves it without a reasonable doubt. If it doesn't prove that Isaih put it there without a reasonable doubt, that is likely to be the end of it, but if it does prove that he put it there it's likely going to be picked up by the honor council.
A look inside the mind of delusional SJW's is intriguing. When this fake hate crime was staged, no one from the group of lying hoaxers was calling for waiting on evidence, proof of anything beyond a reasonable doubt. The group of lying hoaxers who have ruthlessly tried to ruin peoples lives with no evidence now suddenly want to pretend to care about evidence? Look here young man or woman, your typical lying, doubling down, accusing others of racism isn't going to work on this board anymore because you and your group have been exposed.

When the video is released, you'll simply say that it doesn't definitively show that it was your buddy who did it. Lie, double down when called on your lie, accuse others of racism is your default setting. Go away.

It's probably helpful to have a little skepticism these day.

But answer this. Think about it carefully and be honest. If the police report indicated that they believed the white male walking his dog did indeed have the time and is the suspected perpetrator; would you say "'I'm waiting for the video to come out before I'm absolutely sure who did it which I think is a fair thing to do."

Again. Please be honest.
I would have said "So which one of his buddies did he have go put the notes on the car"

My question is, how does a College Station business say they are no longer working with the city police concerning a crime that occurred on their property?
No crime occurred, that is noted in the police report. Martin never reported anything, he went to twitter.

Honestly I'm not sure how UPD was involved in the first place

Information was provided to UPD prior to the Park West incident that ties to it, this isn't included in the police report.

Since it seems that it is ok to fake hate crimes:

I just found a couple of Anti-White racist notes under the wind-shield of my truck that is parked at my house. Lots of threats of violence against me.

I have a security cam video and it appears that someone that looked like Martin was walking by right before I discovered the notes...

There is one thing I am really surprised has not happened yet.

In the police report a possibly WHITE officer has accurately described the third note by using the N word with a hard R in the report.

I figured Twitter SJWs would be all over that screaming RACIST!!

The KBTX article said he "called police on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 24, to report finding three handwritten notes on his car that said "All lives matter" and "You don't belong here." "

This whole thing still doesn't make any sense. Did he call the police or not? I assume KBTX just got it wrong in their reporting?

I'd be shocked if any of them believe that harm done to a white person (no matter how innocent) is not justified. They're all "victims" and so all their lashing out is justified in their minds.

And the university's administration agrees and/or covers for them.

Interesting that it says he initially denied placing the papers. To me that reads he did finally admit to it after his attempts to lie failed.

Since UPD determined no crime was committed I guess he has no reason to publicly admit that he did it and by continuing to deny it Is hoping it will blow over.

I find it telling that he and the assumed note writer have both locked their Twitter feeds.

I guess calling the police and filing a report aren't mutually exclusive things. But the police ran it by the DA and they ruled no crime was committed. I think UPD kept looking at it because he did file a compliant in the University racist hotline or whatever it's called.

I emailed the detective in charge of the case with the original evidence obtained by F16, and sent a follow up to him as well as Young, Sharp, and other University administrators after the findings were released.

Here is the response from the Detective:
" Once an incident is no longer criminal, the police department's involvement ends. We are completely cut out of the loop when it comes to any student conduct outcomes. I do understand your frustration, and like you, I await the final outcome."

Hopefully that means it's not completely over yet.
