CNN is an enemy of the state and should be treated as such.

I'm someone who hates the current climate of cancel culture on either side but an example needs to be made of this guy and anyone who aided him (cheesecake). No way should A&M allow him to get a diploma from our school when people have been kicked out for far less.
I mean this guy tars and feathers the school as a racist haven fomenting more division on an already tense campus and he's out there staying unequivocally he'll still graduate.

I hope Shapiro picks it up in his podcast, but we really need somebody to point out Young's scolding response prior and his pathetic response after the investigation.

I contacted daily wire saying that I had more Information on the hoax, as well as the university attempting to cover it up. We'll see if they respond and are actually interested in all the details.
Methinks our hoaxer will not think this was a good idea when this is all over.Gator_2 said:Joseph Parrish said:

There's lots of woke factories to work at these days. He should at least be persona non grata on the Hire Aggies website though.BenFiasco14 said:dermdoc said:Methinks our hoaxer will not think this was a good idea when this is all over.Gator_2 said:Joseph Parrish said:

He's already locked his twitter down and is in hiding. Plus, if you google his name, the first results are all the news stories written about his hoax. Good luck getting a job that's not at a woke factory
He'll get signed by Nike or Disney.BenFiasco14 said:dermdoc said:Methinks our hoaxer will not think this was a good idea when this is all over.Gator_2 said:Joseph Parrish said:

Pres. Young promised to review such claims "wherever it may lead."
Are you a man of your word, Pres. Young? Lawrence Sullivan Ross was. Don't look now, but this is leading back to your doorstep.

I really want to say that this person should have a chance to apologize publicly instead of getting expelled immediately. Even though he did something malicious and deceitful, I don't want to be part of the trend towards ruining lives over mistakes even if that means occasionally being "too nice".
Besides, if he admits fault and apologizes for the damage he did, he'll not be able to participate in this kind of thing going forward.
That said, was this a single incident of getting caught up in a moment or does he have a pattern of fomenting hate and division? In other words, is he a tool or an instigator? I've heard mention of a petition, and maybe a reference to a previous unrealistic hoax?
I've been hoping through all of this that he didn't know it was his friend who left the note, but apparently he's on video placing the notes himself.

Screw that.
An Aggie doesn't lie, cheat, or steal, and will not tolerate those that do.
When I was in school in the Corps, I saw guys kicked out for far less honor code violations.
Hell, they owe minority students the biggest apology, because this hoax devalues all subsequent reports, even if real.HighwaySix said:
Our University owes everywhitestudent and former student an apology. NOW!
I've seen this a lot, but when you look up the Honor Council and their scope, it appears to apply only to academic violations. I'm having this discussion elsewhere and this was brought up. So could a student be expelled through the Honor Council for behavior, or is it something different? I know it is nitpicky and doesn't matter - he should be kicked out. But?NICU Dad said:

If a white student had written that note, he'd be expelled yesterday.
