Here is the other kicker, we still don't officially have a perp. Like OJ, we all know he did it, but he was never even up on charges.

So for $1200 we/y'all are going to say "Isaiah did it" and we are going to expect a state agency to agree to that when not even the police have said it. The police just quietly closed the case.

I am all for shining a light on this to expose these roaches, but I don't think everyone realizes what this going to take.
The police closed the case because Isiah never broke the law. It's not illegal to leave racist notes on your own vehicle. And since HE didn't contact the police, he therefore never filed a fraudulent police report. Remember, the police initiated contact with him after he posted it on Twitter. He was smart enough to stop cooperating with police after he saw himself on film, so there was nothing more they could do. Case closed.

We don't need a "perp" to enforce the contract terms. The SOLE action we are taking is enforcing the terms of the contract. Read Young's statement closely.

Texas A&M is offering a $1,200 reward based on valid information that leads to identifying the person or people responsible.

Whoever identifies the person responsible for leaving the note is entitled to the reward. Nothing more.

Again, you have a fuzzy video but it is really really really bad proof.

You have a positive ID from that video?

If I am A&M and I believe it is Isiah I would still tell you I am not paying based on that.

The hypocrisy here is that the A&M administration pretends to care about maintaining a safe learning environment for black students. The A&M diversity plan identifies campus CLIMATE as a key goal:
Quote:

If campus community members feel a sense of belonging along these four dimensions, it will contribute to a positive campus climate. All campus community members contribute to and are affected by campus climate (Rankin, 1998), and institutional climate is directly associated with academic and professional outcomes; when individuals feel valued, they are more productive.
The news media and the office of the president amplified Smollett's tweet alleging an explicitly racist incident that harmed the climate at Texas A&M.

When it became clear that the Smollett incident was a fraud, TAMU could have healed the climate by reassuring the Aggie community that the racist incident did not actually happen - that there aren't brazen racists wandering around campus telling black students to get out.

"Climate is directly associated with academic and professional outcomes; when individuals feel valued, they are more productive." That's what TAMU claims to believe. Yet, TAMU chose not to reassure those who felt devalued by the (fake) racists notes incident.

Think about it this way....

Imagine you tell your wife there is a rattlesnake in the bathroom. She believes you and is afraid to go into the bathroom. In truth, there was never a rattlesnake in the bathroom. While rattlesnakes certainly exist in the world, the bathroom actually is rattlesnake-free.

If you never tell your wife the truth, then you're the a-hole.

You are focusing too much on the hoax and not on the people who profit from all of this...

The writing and methods all follow a pattern...

My recollection from the police report is that Isiah arrives at the apartment complex driving his own vehicle, registered to him, parks and goes inside. He returns with something in his hands and can be seen opening the car door. He goes to the front of the vehicle and can be seen putting something on the windshield. Then, he takes pictures.

More importantly, during questioning, he never says, "That isn't me." Instead, when the officer told him he was the only person who had an opportunity to do it, he doesn't deny it. He tried to blame some kid who was walking his dog past the vehicle while Isiah was inside -- but never stops or goes near the front of the car. When pressed, Isiah ended the interview.

All of this is mental masturbation. I'm not the one who provided police with the information they needed to identify Isiah. If I were, I can assure you I would be pressing my case and making it as publicly embarrassing for Michael Young as possible.

I would agree with that as well. Young is out of the picture for the most part. Isiah, Cheesecake, and Netta are off campus now. Castro is fired. Alvard is still around, but may be on thin ice.

The real people that need to be gone after are the Brazos Democrats and their rabble rousing minions who have been laundering this money. Several of these ilk administer the Texas A&M Former Students Facebook group.

With Banks out, seems even less likely we'll be getting that reward money.

Where's the money Young?? WE SOLVED THE CASE

I'm sure Young was dead certain they'd find some white redneck who left the note. Wish I could have been a fly on the wall when he was told what really happened.

Cannot say what I wish upon people like Michael Young. All they do is fabricate racial issues and fuel division.

Just remember that Michael Young's ancestor Brigham Young was a hard core slavery advocate. Young may have been willing to sacrifice Lawrence Sullivan Ross to the altar of political correctness, but not his own pro-slave ancestor.

He knew that wasn't real. He wasn't expecting to ever have to pay, because he knew damn well that it never happened.

This still pisses me off. Three years on. Still pissed.

TA should have a police badge for people who helped solve the case.

If people pushing covid conspiracies can get white plusses ya'll deserve a badge...and 5 Schrute bucks.

LMAO those windshield notes were supposedly written by a redneck good ole boy. When it's one million percent obvious from the get go that it's a girl's handwriting. Worst hoax ever.

Everyone, even those who publicly profess to believe the notes were real, know it was all a hoax and exactly who was involved.

This little cabal spent a year trying to destroy A&M, tear down Sully, and grift as many $$$ as they could before the St. George of Fentanyl hysteria died out.
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Sir Winston Churchill

This thread should be bumped every time TAMU gets a new president until one of them pays the appropriate parties for solving this hate crime as per Michael Young's bounty.
