From what I saw, the handwriting doesnt even look that similar. I mean I looked at the post which compared the handwriting directly and the only letter that really looked similar is the g. The rest of it is fairly normal handwriting that isn't really distinguished between most other people's handwriting.
Fair enough. Do you dispute the fact that the only person who could have put the notes on the windshield was the owner of the car?

Does he get a different justice than say a white frat guy who did it?

No justice, no peace.
I still think it was the dog, but I'm doing to need to know which breed before I pass final judgement.

I'm waiting for the video to come out before I'm absolutely sure who did it which I think is a fair thing to do. I see no reason for this video to not come out. If it doesn't then that would be a bit fishy.

Do you have any reason to believe that the video, when it comes out, will show anything different than what is in the police report?

Stated a different way, do you think the officer lied in the police report?

I want you on record now, BEFORE the video comes out.
I think it's possible the police officer lied. I'm not saying whether he did or didn't but in order to decide on whether he did or not, I need to see the evidence

I think it is possible that it's real still. The video may prove that notion wrong, and that's okay if it does. What matters here is that we have absolute closure on this and seeing all of the evidence would be just that.
You are either trolling or horribly ill informed. It was 100% a hoax. The purported victim placed the notes on his vehicle just to take the photos. I don't think the identity of the person who wrote the notes has been 100% proved in the same way, but the evidence does point to a certain white female, likely the one that accompanied him to UPD.

The evidence will be released. No reason for the officer to lie because, unlike the alleged victim, he's smart enough to know that he would be caught lying.

I'm convinced now that you are trolling.

I hope it comes out, too, but we have the police report with a detailed description of the video that makes it plain as day who placed the notes. That's good enough for me. The officer who filled it out has no reason to lie about what was on it. Chief Johnson would rightly fire him for lying.

This was a complete and total failure on your part from the get go. Not a single person here believes your bull****, so you can go feign concern with your pseudo-intellectual buddies and race baiters and go scheme up your next hate crime to prove how much of a victim you are.

I will take that as a yes, the officer lied in the police report.

Why would he do that knowing there is video? The video has been viewed by apartment staff already - there are witnesses to corroborate the content. even if you and I haven't yet seen it. The officer would be an idiot to lie in the report.

You aren't using your brain.

Is it really trolling to say that it's a possibility the police officer lied? The evidence likely will be released, but it's important to see whether the evidence proves it without a reasonable doubt. If it doesn't prove that Isaih put it there without a reasonable doubt, that is likely to be the end of it, but if it does prove that he put it there it's likely going to be picked up by the honor council.

No, it doesn't. It's just a power thing. "We can say it without having our lives ruined. You can't. Ha ha!"

The plain and ordinary meanings of words don't have different meanings based on the skin color of the speaker. That would make for one complicated dictionary.

If the officer lied about what's in the video our new friend who is totally not Isaiah wink wink would have already posted the video online to prove the officer was lying. He didn't ergo.......

The hoax your friends pulled was completely unbelievable from the start. It wasn't logical in the first place, and it took this board no time to tear it apart. Give up the charade. Your friends have no credibility. We don't believe all victims because most of them aren't victims. It's been borne out repeatedly with "racial" incidents.

So since there was no one else on the video other than the hoaxer that's could have placed the notes on the car, we are to believe in spontaneous hate note generation? They just magically appeared? You're brilliant.

Given who runs the investigation, no one who is a friend of the truth has any confidence that A&M will attach any blame to the hoaxer, whatever the evidence. I think you'll also find that the standard in such a proceeding would normally be lower than the standard in a criminal trial, but I'm sure that an exception will be made for this kid.

There's a lot of questions going on. But if it's proven without a reasonable doubt that he put it there, then it should go to the aggie honor council in which he would be properly punished. But if it isn't proven without a reasonable doubt, then it ends there, even if there's suspicion that he still did it.
