I hope it comes out, too, but we have the police report with a detailed description of the video that makes it plain as day who placed the notes. That's good enough for me. The officer who filled it out has no reason to lie about what was on it. Chief Johnson would rightly fire him for lying.

The evidence likely will be released, but it's important to see whether the evidence proves it without a reasonable doubt.
