I think it's possible the police officer lied. I'm not saying whether he did or didn't but in order to decide on whether he did or not, I need to see the evidenceQuote:
I'm waiting for the video to come out before I'm absolutely sure who did it which I think is a fair thing to do. I see no reason for this video to not come out. If it doesn't then that would be a bit fishy.NCNJ1217 said:
Do you have any reason to believe that the video, when it comes out, will show anything different than what is in the police report?
Stated a different way, do you think the officer lied in the police report?
I want you on record now, BEFORE the video comes out.
You are either trolling or horribly ill informed. It was 100% a hoax. The purported victim placed the notes on his vehicle just to take the photos. I don't think the identity of the person who wrote the notes has been 100% proved in the same way, but the evidence does point to a certain white female, likely the one that accompanied him to UPD.Ellis Wyatt said:
Wait. After all this, this moderately concerned new poster still thinks note incident might be real? What is being taught at A&M these days?UniqueIGN said:I think it is possible that it's real still. The video may prove that notion wrong, and that's okay if it does. What matters here is that we have absolute closure on this and seeing all of the evidence would be just that.

The evidence will be released. No reason for the officer to lie because, unlike the alleged victim, he's smart enough to know that he would be caught lying.+ 1 more quotes (click to expand)NCNJ1217 said:

Is it really trolling to say that it's a possibility the police officer lied? The evidence likely will be released, but it's important to see whether the evidence proves it without a reasonable doubt. If it doesn't prove that Isaih put it there without a reasonable doubt, that is likely to be the end of it, but if it does prove that he put it there it's likely going to be picked up by the honor council.+ 1 more quotes (click to expand)UniqueIGN said:I think it's possible the police officer lied. No, it doesn't. It's just a power thing. "We can say it without having our lives ruined. You can't. Ha ha!"CoachO_08 said:

I will take that as a yes, the officer lied in the police report.
Why would he do that knowing there is video? The video has been viewed by apartment staff already - there are witnesses to corroborate the content. even if you and I haven't yet seen it. The officer would be an idiot to lie in the report.
You aren't using your brain.
You're doing this wrong. A&M IS racist, so this happened even if it didn't. Just like Jussie and Bubba.NCNJ1217 said:

Once again proves the fact that liberalism trumps religion, logic, reason, etc.+ 1 more quotes (click to expand)NCNJ1217 said:

So you think the officer was lying? And are you a liberal?UniqueIGN said:

The hoax your friends pulled was completely unbelievable from the start. It wasn't logical in the first place, and it took this board no time to tear it apart. Give up the charade. Your friends have no credibility. We don't believe all victims because most of them aren't victims. It's been borne out repeatedly with "racial" incidents.Ellis Wyatt said:

Given who runs the investigation, no one who is a friend of the truth has any confidence that A&M will attach any blame to the hoaxer, whatever the evidence. I think you'll also find that the standard in such a proceeding would normally be lower than the standard in a criminal trial, but I'm sure that an exception will be made for this kid.Quote:

I mean it's "possible" that unicorns exist, but highly improbable. Same here. There's a lot of questions going on. But if it's proven without a reasonable doubt that he put it there, then it should go to the aggie honor council in which he would be properly punished. But if it isn't proven without a reasonable doubt, then it ends there, even if there's suspicion that he still did it.+ 3 more quotes (click to expand)redcrayon said:

If you can't prove something is not true then it must be true. You killed my father and you should go to jail.
