My paternal family ancestry is deeply tied to South Texas colonial/Tejano culture. My ancestors settled in present-day Zapata County (just south of Webb County -- Laredo) around the 1750s. Could Kellen Mond and I be distantly related? Well that explains why I can't throw worth a crap beyond 20 yards!
