The WHO , based on their looking in China and coupled with efforts from South Korea and Singapore, are NOT finding a large number of unreported cases (i.e. people who have it but only mildly and therefore haven't sought medical attention)planoaggie123 said:

The hope has been that these types of cases were widespread, thus lowering the seriousness of COVID-19. Unfortunately, this isn't appearing to hold up.

There is also a the possibility that case 15 reported today is local. When Azar says epidemiology is ongoing it worries me a little. unless you are in the grocery business, then you should be buying max inventory ahead of the panic so after the first shelf wipe out, you can reload shelves quickly.
