If I was a hotel owner there's no way I would agree to that contract unless the city agreed to pay for all damages and legal fees related to eviction expenses.

Those hotels will have to close for extensive renovation afterwards. All carpeting, drapes, bedding, towels, sheets, every fabric surface will have to be replaced before anyone would return for a stay. Sure as hell not for the nightly rate they were charging before.SirLurksALot said:

HUGE STORY:
There was a war by words between spokesman of Iran's Health Ministry Dr Jahanpur and China's ambassador to Iran Amb Chang Hua after the former questioned China's Coronavirus figures as "a bitter joke", adding "you must think twice when China says tamed disease in 2 months"
Ambassador Chang Hua answered that Jahanpour better read figures carefully before drawing conclusion and then in Farsi advised the spokesman to respect facts and great efforts of Chinese people. Jahanpour answered that Iran trusts finding of its own medical experts more.
With the continuation of the dispute, HM's Spokesman Jahanpour backed down & appreciated China for its medial support by tweeting Iranians never forget nations and governments that stood by them at this global pandemic. Iran.
But it wasn't the end of the saga as member of Health Ministry's infectious diseases cmte. Minou Mohraz also questioned China's statistics & reports on Coronavirus. Mohraz says either Coronavirus has had a genetic mutation or China didn't tell the truth about COVID-19.
Dr. Mohraz who is famous for being an outspoken person, states "we can neither count on China's statistics about COVID-19 nor accept that it only spread in Wuhan. It seems to be more dangerous & contagious than what reported by China". @COVID19Up @coronavirusinfo

I doubt it's the people going to block parties that are dying. It's their grandparents and older people in the communities.backintexas2013 said:cone said:

Actually if you don't take care of yourself and take precautions it's hard for me to have sympathy. I am still having to go to work everyday so I know the risks but I don't go to block parties and I am also healthy.
I would like to see the diabetes information on the blacks who have died. I bet you it's significantly above the national averageTexaggie7nine said:I doubt it's the people going to block parties that are dying. yes, I'm sure that the garbage men, the bus drivers, janitors, maintenance staff, cashiers at the grocery stores, stockers etc are all living out in the suburbs.
