Eh... I'm not sure that's true.

A neighborhood with multi-thousand square foot homes on large lots, with one or more automobiles in every garage, is a LOT less likely to see rapid contagion than a neighborhood comprised of low-end multi-family housing where individuals predominantly travel through tight community spaces on foot.

That has nothing to do with race. But when members of one race are much more likely to live in one of those environments than another, it becomes somewhat predictive.

It's the same situation in every city currently under lockdown. Blacks are disproportionately affected in cities. It's not racism to point this out. Europe is seeing an identical problem in their cities. It's because they are ignoring quarantine while everyone else is following it.

No, it does not ignore reality.

Yes, people of all races do live in various types of housing environments. But the people of any given race are not equally distributed among those housing environments.

All other things equal in the United States, in urban and suburban areas, blacks are much more likely than whites to live in high density, multi-family housing where foot travel through common areas is required.
