If you don't know who Phil Bredensen is, he is the Dem Senate candidate in Tennessee who is running against Republican Marsha Blackburn, the latter endorsed by Trump. Bredensen came out publicly and said if he had been in the Senate, he would have voted for Kavanaugh. See:

LOL. Bredesen likely wouldn't have voted for Kavanaugh but said this to gain points because the state wants Kav confirmed. Looks like his lie cost him some lib support and funding in what is a fairly tight race with Blackburn leading by a 2-3 point margin I believe.

I'm guessing the meek mousy voice will eventually disappear. She'll keep it around for the first round of interviews in which she gets a bunch of softball questions from a very agreeable reporter.

Within a few months we'll finally start to see and hear the real Dr. Ford. The smug, condescending, and morally superior college professor will show up in force. Long gone will be the voice of a shy 13yo junior high student. Finally the real Ford walks on stage.
