It's a touristy spot though. The population probably quintuples on sunny summer beach days. Ultimately, it doesn't matter, it's her lifelong BFF, and they probably were together there when she was crafting her letter, since I think it's obvious he had an attorney at least help her with it, and her best friend there in town at the time kind of narrows it down.
