Jaunita Broderick has a much stronger case than Dr. Ford. She actually has witnesses and sign in sheets that show exactly where and when the alleged attack occurred. It is almost like there is a double standard.Prognightmare said:

I keep coming back to the fact that no GOP senators fought McConnell when he held up Garland and no GOP senators fought McConnell when he went nuclear for Gorsuch. As moderate as some of them may be, they seem to understand the magnitude of SCOTUS flipping hard left and the monumental ramifications of that situation. I'm trying to not be naive here, but I really do not see Kavanaugh not getting confirmed at this point.
