Absolutely. Right now the left is lambasting anyone who has already decided without hearing the testimony - which in many circumstances is fair to do. Hopefully they just want to be able to say "I kept an open mind, but when she refused to repeat her accusation under oath, I could not agree to destroy a man and his career over a rumor."
I say that because I still feel certain she won't testify. She never intended to, and all of the delaying and arguing about the form of the hearing has just been buying time and then creating an excuse for backing out.
I see others think that whoever is the ringleader of this mess will force her to testify, but I don't think so. The downside of putting her out there and having her self-destruct under the bright lights is too great.
