That's exactly the procedure DiFi should have followed from the get-go. The moment she receives the letter, label it committee confidential, give it to the FBI background team for addition to their files and share with Grassley and his staffers for further investigation.

That is what was done in the Anita Hill case. The FBI conducted three days of interviews, added those statements to their confidential background check file, gave to the Senate Judiciary Committee all before the public had ever heard of Anita Hill.

Al they wanted to do currently was try to get it killed and delay as much as possible - that failing it is now onto plan B.

They can impeach him all they want. It won't do anything. Senate won't have the votes to convict and Kavanaugh is not going to just step down. Once Kavanaugh is confirmed, the Dems and kick and scream but that seat will not come back to them.

I automatically assume any accusation against a conservative is orchestrated bullsh*t. No logical person would not at this point.

I also don't believe a single person that cries about domestic violence in these cases because I know of no one applying that standard to liberal politicians.

I think the truth is keeping her silent. The dems are currently blocking a subpoena, but if she goes to the media again.. .they won't be able to use that card anymore. She will get subpoenaed and forced to testify under oath.
