If she actually shows up to testify will what she says be protected in regards to bringing a suit against her for defamation? I know what Senators and Representatives say, in certain instances, is protected. Just wondering if the same thing applies to testimony.

It's no secret that she doesn't like trump. She already said that Ford needs to testify so if she keeps saying no, I think collins won't have it.
Yeah. Weaponizing the impeachment process for judges you don't like because you lost an election to a guy you don't like won't be a bad idea. Nothing bad would come from that.

If the Dems don't like Trumps choices they should have gotten their asses out and voted 21 months ago. Or get their asses out and vote in 3 months. And if they win the Senate they can have a say in who he nominates. Right now they can't. And thanks to Reid that's their own damn fault.

I have doubts. Conservatives are conservative partly because of the principles, integrity and morality that they try to live by.

Can we also get a list of the questions she was asked during the lie detector test. I read Brett's name was never mentioned. Was the question "did something traumatic happen to you in your childhood?" If they're up front and honest they'll provide the questions asked and the results.Squadron7 said:
