It's strange how all of these accusers are always "registered Democrats". Also, she took a polygraph - big deal, she could have passed a polygraph that the incident happened without Kavanaugh's name ever even being used in the questioning. According to the therapist's notes she never used his name in therapy and the only corroborating evidence that she ever used his name at that time was from her husband - who I'll go out on a limb and just assume is also a "registered Democrat"

Yeah, I would normally say this is evidence that Kavenaugh is an even more ardent "originalist" than originally advertised, if the left is putting this much effort into delaying or destroying his confirmation. The background of the polygrapher should be investigated too. I don't trust anyone in the FBI right now. Edit- the polygrapher was a former FBI Agent ...I think that's worse.
Polys are widely used in my business area and while they aren't perfect, they are far from being unreliable. There are also people that know how to use breathing techniques to pass some polygraphs; Patsy Ramsey comes to mind. I would think someone with the accusers psychology background would know a thing or two about fooling a poly.

Not speaking for Macarthur, but at this point I don't think you can say she's either telling the truth or not based on what has been reported. She gave the Post the names of two others she says were at the party. I find myself wondering if that info was in the material provided to Eshoo, Feinstein, and the FBI. At least in terms of judging what happened or not. The scheduling of the vote is a different issue, and I'm not sure how that should be handled. But that's going to be based on politics, not truth or justice. Holding the letter for months ensured that.

Dianne Feinstein should also be sanctioned for withholding information and stripped from her membership in the Senate Judiciary Committee for obstruction of justice.
The fact that this was dropped just days before the vote, with no time left for any investigative body to either properly substantiate or refute the claims is damning. This was not about finding out the truth, or seeking justice - This was a high tech lynching. Kavanaugh's name and reputation have been permanently smeared with no ability to defend himself.
If he was guilty, then so be it, but this is not how you go about it. This is nothing more at this point than a he said-she said situation, and we know how those turn out for the accused (see both University of Virginia and the Duke Lacrosse team).
This kind of thing does legitimate victims the biggest disservice possible. Shameful.
