So Mueller has already 86'd the other two unnamed team members that were texting bias garbage too.
That sure missed the news cycle

To sum up the new info we've gotten today:
2 of the agents sending anti-Trump texts are still involved in Mueller probe.
IG is looking into the launch of the Russia probe and if it was affected by Strozk
Rosenstein held the "we'll stop it." text from Congress
Those are three of the bigger stories we've ever gotten from these open hearings.
How is anything Mueller comes up with not tainted and thrown out by a judge? It makes no sense for Mueller to continue. It's like finishing a race after you've already been disqualified for cheating.
Of course, now we know the second portion of that is not true.

A detailed description of the grossly improper communications system Clinton established would have illustrated that she knew full well the risk she was running. A large percentage of the secretary of state's job involves classified matters. We are not talking merely about the exchange of documents marked classified but, more commonly, constant deliberations about sensitive intelligence in classified documents, briefings, and conversations. Clinton's willful concoction of a home-brew communications network not a harried official's occasional, exigent use of private email for official business, but her rogue institution of a private, non-government infrastructure for the systematic conduct of State Department business made the non-secure transmission and storage of classified information inevitable.

Hansen: Was there any indication as to why the language in the Comey Statement from Grossly Negligent to extremely careless, and was it possible that it was changed to separate it from the language in the statute?
Horowitz: In fact we were told that was the very reason it was taken out, to take it from the criminal statute to outside the statute!
Hansen: When I read your a report the decision to not prosecute was made before her interview, did I read this right?
Horowitz: What we were told, absent a confession of false statement they would close the investigation right after the interview
I can't find that scenario described in the report, or haven't yet, I will have to go back through that again.GCP12 said:LOLRoscoePColtrane said:

**** everything
My thoughts exactly. That part is puzzling.redline248 said:
I still don't see how he could tell us all this stuff, and then say - even with qualifiers - no bias involved in the decision not to prosecute.
And I'm sure Ol' Loretty told Bill that a few days earlier. All Hill had to do was play dumb and answer, "I don't recall," for a couple of hours and she skates.Quote:

I don't know the statute(if there is one) for bias or whatever, but I assume it would take a text that says, "I hate Trump. I will prosecute him based on false evidence, because I hate him. I love Hillary. I will let her off even though she committed crimes. I am only letting her off, because I love her." for Horowitz to actually claim bias "affected" the outcome.redline248 said:

I don't think Horowitz has said that. The author of the summary stated that. Horowitz testified his job was to bring the facts to light, not interpret a motive as that is not his charge.
Horowitz caught Comey using private email. I would not be surprised if the rest of the Deep State does too. That's probably another big reason why they didn't want to make it criminal.GCP12 said:Just went back and watched this portion. Holy ****RoscoePColtrane said:

Calling Rocag, if you're seeing this... Thoughts?
Unclear. But I doubt he was handcuffed. Just escorted out of the door, hopefully with his personal belongings in a box, involuntary administrative leave or some sort. He's probably been sitting in a cubicle without a computer or phone down in the basement under the HR department for the last six months anyway.Cepe said:
