I've never really been in the camp that says the show should be an hour. Its a comedy, and by airing without commercials, its longer than any other sitcom on network tv.

Last night changed my mind however. There are enough characters and enough material to do an hour every week. Ari was almost nonexistant last night, and Mrs. Ari was gone even though she got bumped up to series regular. They should give those two and Lloyd more to do and stretch the show out.

In a few years, when they feel like the plotlines for Entourage have run their course, the creators should create a spin-off (in the Cheers/Frasier vein) about life at the Miller-Gold Agency. Let Ari, Mrs. Ari, Lloyd, and Babs be the central characters, and then create a few other agent characters and have some minor recurring roles for clients. Seems like they could get a whole lot of mileage and hijinks out of the agency business, when they've got so much out of it already and it's really the secondary plotline of the show behind Vince and his crew.

I think they do a good job spreading it around. 100% Ari or his wife or his assistant would get old.

I don't know which was more priceless: the horrified look on Turtle's face when he saw the fat chick, or the sick look on Drama's when his "date" decided they wanted to switch guys, and he ended up with the fat chick. Greatness.

I think that episode summed up Vince's life in a nutshell: scores a date with a hot girl by chance (to Dennis Hopper's house, no less), screws up and almost loses $100K on a soccer bet but manages to get out of it when the guy forgot to place the bet, and then ends up on top by winning the Brazil bet. Absolutely ridiculous.

I think that could have been one of the ugliest women in the world on last night....

Lisa Rinna couldn't have looked finer in that hot tub.

was a good episode.......enjoyed it.... but am missing Ari a little....I would love to see a spin off about the agency.....think they could spread it around where we wouldn't get tired of Ari.....would be awsome!!!

An Ari spinoff would be a lot like The Office, would it not? There are endless possibilities in that setting.

Great ep tonight again. S4 has been very solid so far. There really is no better way to end the weekend/start the week.

So, I'm thinking it really was a tranny. I looked at her/his hand, and his ring finger was longer than his forefinger. That is the case with men. With women, they're very close to the same length.

It's been confirmed by HBO that the full Medellin trailer will air after this weeks episode, and then on medellinthefilm.com.

I've got the feeling that I'm not alone when I say this, but all of the Medellin filming and now the release of a trailer just makes me want to go see Medellin the movie. Maybe HBO will decide to make the movie a reality.

That could have been one of the greatest Ari/Lloyd episodes yet. And I can't wait to see if next week tops it.......

This season has been very solid...I didn't think the show could ever top S2, but I haven't been let down by an episode yet.
