I'll say it again: Turtle is easily the weakest of the characters, and it wouldn't bother me in the slightest if he was sent back to ny. His hip hop act is terrible.

i like turtle, i think hes necessary because usually you have the "vinny & eric" thing goin on, then the slightly less important but still funny "drama and turtle" storyline. He's the outcast, and without him drama wouldn't be nearly as funny becuase I can't see him runnin around w/ vinny and eric all day.

Is Anna Faris going to be a regular now? Not exactly a complaint, but I don't see her as anywhere near an accomplished actor. Can't see I've seen her in any movie other than those "not another teen movie" flicks.

Turtle's the most realistic character of the 4. When the chips are down and he fears he's not going to get the hot girls to come over, he just says the two magic words and watches them swoon.

I dont have a problem with Turtle...He's not my favorite character, but theres no one in the show that I really hate...Wasnt a big Dom fan though

What's so good about Turtle is that he's the perfect counterbalance to Drama. One thinks he's famous and an industry veteran, the other is a lazy, somewhat fat pot smoking hanger-on that's never worked, yet they both have identical status and clout within the group.

Turtle's there to put Johnny Drama in his place, if nothing else.

I like Turtle, for most of the reasons listed above. He's an extremely realistic addition to a celebrity's entourage (though most of them have multiple Turtles in them, I'd say), he's a nice counter to Drama, and he's always been good for high comedy every now and then when his pathetic leeching off Vince's status and life gets him (or the whole group) into trouble.

The guy who played Dom isn't the real life Turtle. The real life Turtle died at the end of 2005.

I heard about six months ago the real life Turtle was suing Mark Wahlberg for not getting a big enough cut. I guess he's suing from his grave?
