This one just missed the cutoff -- 1979's "H.O.T.S." starring a bevy of Playmates and Danny Bonaduce of "The Partridge Family" fame. Features a strip flag football game between two sororities with lots of um, clever camera angles.
Hollywood creativity at its finest.
We watched that on Cinemax in a neighbor's apartment at Scandia on Anderson Lane back in the day.

I skimmed through it and located all the titillating shows I wanted to watch that aired after my parents' bed time and I would plot out my viewing schedule . If it said Nudity above the Plot Summary I would give it a go. Then I found "The Hitchhiker" with the Strong Sexual Content label and I would stay up late and watch at 1 AM and sit through 45 minutes of a terrible show just to catch the 12 seconds of the good stuff.
I loved getting that guide! Told you everything you needed know. brief nudity, nudity, strong sexual content. those were bat signals.

It was the equivalent of discovering Teri Hatcher on "Lois and Clark" and then realizing she had been crazy naked in the "The Cool Surface" with Robert Patrick.
I won't derail a good naked women thread too much, but Robert Patrick made some pretty insane career choices there in the 1990s.
He was in Die Hard 2 in 1990, Terminator 2 in 1991, cameoed as the Terminator in Wayne's World in 1992, and was in Fire in the Sky in 1993.
In 1994 he made: The Cool Surface - direct to video - and Double Dragon as Koga Shuka. Now maybe he got a look at young Teri Hatcher and said - hell yea, I'll be in this movie - but those are some real choices for the 4th lead of one of the greatest blockbusters of all time.

The first I can remember was probably Linnea Quigley in Return of the Living Dead, and that wasn't just her up-tops she showed. ETA: Or maybe it was Porky's. I don't remember which one I saw first, even though Porky's was released in 1982. I recall seeing ROTLD in the theater when it came out in 1985.

Back in the late 70's we lived in Holland during my middle school years and in 7th grade a few parents got together and invited a bunch of us 7th grade boys to go to Germany (I think an army base/Frankfurt) to watch a replay of the Super Bowl (never got to see any NFL back in the day there). My parents weren't able to go so I rode with a friend's dad.
We watched the SB at some kind of movie theater/auditorium, at or near the military base. After the game our big group spent the night in a hotel in Frankfurt, not sure how many rooms, and at one point late in the evening, all of us boys ended up in a room just goofing off, while parents were in their own rooms. Well, there was a huge window in our room and one of my friends was near the window and looked out and started screaming "OH MY GOD NAKED WOMEN!!!". We all ran to the window and saw this huge, outdoor drive-through movie screen not too far from the hotel and they were playing some Rated R (or even soft porn) movie and there were naked women bouncing all over that screen!!! I think we made so much noise some of the parents came running in our room and shut down our little viewing party! haha On the way home the next morning I remember thinking I hope none of those parents tells my parents what we saw! First time for me on the Autobahn and first time seeing hooters on the big screen. What a trip!
