Boring, predictable, and a couple instances of terrible CGI.

Walked out of this one. I know I am in the minority, but I thought it sucked.

Probably not fair to say that I "didn't like it" but this was a classic case of a movie being overhyped (it was overhyped to me personally). I was told to prepare myself for the funniest thing I'd ever seen in my life and there was simply no chance that it could live up to what was promised.
First one I thought of. Just a complete waste of time I wish I had back. Genuinely do not understand any admiration for this film.boy09 said:
Joker was a genuinely terrible movie

Citizen Kane, the ultimate film studies nerd movie. I understand why it was important to the history of film, but I can't imagine people actually enjoying the movie other than from a historical perspective.
2001. I love science fiction, I enjoyed the novel. The movie is a total snooze fest. Honestly, other than A Clockwork Orange and the first half of Full Metal Jacket, I'm not a fan of Stanley Kubrick.

A couple of titles that come to mind:
The Goonies
The Sand Box
For the first, I was just out of high school but felt like I would have loved that one about 5 years earlier
For the second, I was not yet a parent, recently graduated from A&M and just didn't connect with it. Years later, I appreciated it far more as a parent with a baseball playing son.
