We were in London this past weekend and went to the West Ham v. Southampton match on Sunday.
According to to the guy I sat next to the fans are loving the Nate/Rupert at West Ham storyline. He seemed to suggest (his accent was a bit confusing at times) that West Ham sees themselves as the "bad boys" of the Premier League, sort of like the old school Oakland Raiders. They are hoping Nate wins it all, Haha.

Man, what a heartbreaking ending to a fun episode.
Looks like Keeley has found her new love interest.
Starting to see a touch of drama with Zava. I'm guessing that will be the big story next week.
Interesting that everyone calls Ted a mess. I definitely don't think of him in those terms.

I personally loved the ending. Ted could've pushed back at so many people that entire episode but saved it for the thing that upset him the most. I think it was the first time Michelle ever heard Ted push back, and she smiled like that because he finally acted like the man she wanted him to be.
Good episode. I'm glad Ted finally told someone he was mad at them. Wonder if this will lead to him speaking his mind more.
I can see Zava asking for a release/transfer however it works soon and Jamie fully stepping into the leadership role.

Thinking about it more, the hilarious overcorrection conversation he had with Roy and Beard kinda said it all. Every person in that episode overcorrected at one thing or another. Except for Ted at the end with Michelle. And Keeley with Shonda now that I think about it.

Return to the "heroin chic" look of the 2000s? God, I hope not. But considering super low rise jeans are coming back into fashion and people are starting to push back on the curvy kardashian look, I guess it would make sense. "Fashion" is cyclical.

Every show on TV has a gay or lesbian couple these days. Just tired of it being pushed in everyone's faces, that's all.
And this show didn't need that plot device. Some of us don't enjoy seeing two dudes suck each other faces.

Nate's image, outside the video of the sign tearing, seems to have taken a small step towards the redemption that so many have discussed. He clearly is quite angsty about how things ended at Richmond.
And thankfully, for many it would seem, they only referenced Colin's gay story line one time. Hopefully this storyline just disappears. I'd hate for anyone here to be upset that the gays are being portrayed in any way. Although Keely and Jack seemed to "click" to a degree. Lesbian love story on the horizon?

That actress played a gay character on another Apple show.

They're referencing Collin's storyline quite a bit and I imagine it's going to be a central feature of an episode soon, too many of his "ok fine I'll have sex with Zava" and "I already called dibs on that guy" jokes and knowing glances from Trent Crimm for them to just leave it alone.PanzerAggie06 said:

There is one point that's really diminished the show for us. It's there being zero repercussions for the therapist dating a client. Sassy mentioned 'borderline unethical' when it came up, but that is FAR below what it is. It's rampantly unethical and his State's therapist board would revoke his license if they found out. My wife is in school for her therapist Master's and just had to do all the ethics classes. You have to wait five years until after you stop being their therapist to have any relationship with them.
I don't see any reason Zava has to leave. He is not S1 Jamie at all.

Yup, that's all I could think of whenever it comes up. It's wildly unethical as a physician to start a relationship with a patient. "Wildly unethical" doesn't even begin to describe a marriage counselor dating one of their clients. It's straight up gross, and I while I don't want Ted to get back with her, I do hope there is a realization by her regarding how ****ed up the situation is.

Michelle realizes it and there was something in her eyes last night that she was glad Ted was pushing back on her. She knows she ****ed up and she's glad her sweet husband that she loved/loves is calling her out on it.
