I'm going to need a Tanooki Mario cameo. I used him to wreck shop vs. my 10 year olds on Mario Kart 8.
I'm convinced they're gonna throw in some kart racing and maybe even some Smash Bros references. I noticed they did a bit of Luigi's Mansion at the end there, so I can see them putting in a ton of Nintendo references.
Also Donkey Kong is in it so there's that.

you know who's also in Super Smash Brothers???? Solid Snake….BAP Enthusiast said:
Apparently Nintendo bought an animation studio so we can expect a lot more from them if this one knocks it out of the park. Imagine major motion picture movies of the following:
The Legend of Zelda
Metroid
Kirby
Star Fox
All tied into Super Smash Brothers.
Every single one of the above has billion dollar potential if Nintendo stays true to the source material.

A Zelda franchise…oh my. The fact we're even discussing it is amazing.Engine10 said:
Zelda franchise stand-alone has real live action potential! What a time to be alive

Metroid needs to be a realistic, CGI sci-fi horror movie in the style of Alien and that one episode of Love, Death, and Robots. And get a cool synth-y 80s score.
