I think I gave up the first month last year.

The show is so much more fun when there's two groups going head to head and not one huge group that everyone thinks they're apart of until one by one people fall and no one ever does anything to stop it because they think they're in.

It feels like the older seasons everyone sort of played it out early, maybe made a few side agreements but the larger alliances stayed informal or weren't formed at all until later in the season. People played more selfishly and it was a lot more fun to watch.

Outside last year's bull**** season, recent seasons see a big blob alliance form and then people are either stuck in it with no shot to win or they're stuck out and picked off with ease.

8 minutes. Anyone have guesses for tonight? This season started kinda late. Wouldn't be surprised to see someone sent packing tonight.

Yep. The best twist would be just basic BB for a summer without twists.

Agreed, it's painful year after year now to watch a non-experienced cast learn the nuances of the game (can be interesting, but have seen enough of it). I'd rather see calculated and efficient execution by a majority that are already proficient on the fundamentals of the game play.

I think Alyssa actually knows the game, or at least alluded to knowing it. She just seems like a self-absorbed thot

The novelty of being on the show is starting to wear down on some of the HG, or they partied too hard last night and when the backyard opened today. Tonights conversations are lower energy.

Paloma and Alyssa seem to talk some decent game strategy in the evenings alone. Paloma working Daniel over.

Seems at least 1 version of an alliance is Paloma, Alyssa, Kyle, Monte, Pooch, Ameerah.

One of the problems with a big group, as someone alluded to earlier, is that they take complete control of the game, and the first several weeks can be very boring because of it. As much as I'd hate it to be mandated, it might be better to go the two team route early a la survivor to lessen the impact of one large alliance.

I think there actually are a lot of people playing and who know the game based on the feeds. Alyssa/Paloma are both playing together and working on developing a larger group.

Kyle/Pooch have a connection. Daniel and Nicole have already made a final 2. Both of them are big time fans of the show. Daniel mentioned last night it's so hard to act like he doesn't know who previous players are when he's talking.

Ameerah apparently is a super fan. Either Alyssa or Indy were talking about being fans of BB Brazil and how many viewers it gets over there vs the US version.

Michael the genius cat lawyer is absolutely a super fan. Not sure how much Jasmine is though she has said she used to watch it with her dad I think and he passed away, etc.

Matt Turner also knows the game really well and was 'explaining' to Daniel around the psychology of who to nominate in week 1 and how it usually plays out if they're a stronger threat vs weaker, etc.

No idea on how much about the game Pooch knows but he's definitely playing it. Taylor, Monte, Terrance, Joseph and Indy I'm not fully certain.

It's obviously very very early but i was a little more impressed by early game talk than I thought I'd be when i was watching yesterday/reading updates.

Looks like Michael got brought into whatever alliance Alyssa/Paloma are trying, and he immediately went into the storage room to talk to himself saying "if I was the last to be brought in i'm the first to go"

It didn't take 24 hours before the majority of the girls were throwing shade at Taylor. Seems like Paloma is the leader of the ones most obsessed with her.
