New Orleans Tool was great last night, but San Antonio Tool in October takes the cake. Had awesome seats for both. Glad I didn't attend Austin Tool.

Regarding Tool, in Austin the FEC acoustics sounded amazing. Danny Carey slamming the drums was felt in your entire body especially during Invincibile.

Oh yeah, one of my most enjoyable concerts, Weezer opening for Foo Fighters at Frank Erwin long time back.

Was in line at floor concessions, in hallway after first opener, when Weezer started up set with 'Beverly Hills' drums -- felt like I was in the trunk of car loaded up with amps and bass. Very remarkable experience that has stuck around. Never felt a song like that (lots of loud shows) but this was different.

May have to hit Guns 'N Roses at Wrigley in July.

Sat front row for Eric Johnson Friday night at House of Blues Houston. Phenomenal show, as usual.

Pat Green at the Rustic in Dallas hit my radar today.

Also, as a lifelong ELO fan who saw them as a freshman in HS in 1981 with a good friend before the band broke up, we saw them at the Hollywood Bowl in 2016, and Dalllas in 2018 (dragged my wife and sons with me), my buddy and I got tickets to see their Europe tour in London on Oct 5th. Gonna hit Munich for Oktoberfest as well.

And now my nephew is dragging me and his dad to see Slipknot this summer, what the hell did I say "sure" to?

I worked out to White Pony all the time in college, but haven't followed them since then. Have always been someone I was interested in seeing live though.

It doesn't explicitly say lawn, so does that mean it's an indoor show? I hope so.

Also, I got some StubHub gift cards during Christmas so decided to splurge and pull the trigger on a pit ticket for Sturgill Simpson in Sugarland. Can't wait!

No way in hell that's an indoor show, that room would not hold that crowd I wouldn't think. Probably one of their X number of alloted weeknight outdoor shows for the year I would wager. There's a chance I guess but if it's indoors it will sell out quickly I bet. One thing is for damn sure and that is that I will be there!

They are indoors in Denver.. at Pepsi center. They ain't selling that out. I don't think slipknot/gojira/volbeat sold out when they came in the fall.
