But I'm kind of obsessed with Jodie Comer now, so I wanna watch

Just a reminder that Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is one of the best shows currently going. Wish it was more than 8 episodes.
Something's changed...

I enjoyed the HBO doc on Theranos, so I'm interested to see the story play out in a miniseries format as well.FL_Ag1998 said:TCTTS said:
So, starting later this month, over the period of just a few weeks, we're getting scripted series about the battle for Uber (Super Pumped), the crash of WeWork (WeCrashed) and the downfall of Theranos (The Dropout). Seems like... a lot.
Exactly. Directors want to complain about Marvel and Star Wars movies and that there's no originality in Hollywood anymore because of those franchises. But you can say that about most of what Hollywood does, these movies/shows you just listed for example.
None of these movies are original, they're just copying what Fincher did with The Social Network. "Oh what silicon Valley success and/or crash and burn can we make a movie out of now?"
I may be in the minority but I've only heard of two of those you listed and I couldn't care less about watching a movie/show about any of them.
