Noticed that. I HATE when space movies treat space as something that's just cold and airless, not something that will, you know, cause your body to literally balloon up and your blood/liquids to boil and then vaporize, but whatever.
At least there is precedent of a force user being able to survive space I guess... Also Rey is one of the most powerful force users we've ever encountered, so theoretically she could just bring a bubble of air with her.

Kanan used the force to survive space in rebels also. Leia wasn't the first.
I do think there's a difference between 'universe canon' and 'movie canon.'
There's a lot that's happened in the eu that would be pretty wild for a movie audience. That's one thing I try to keep in mind when discussing theories.

Good point. I'm just amazed at all the little eu themes and plots that have been showing up in the movies.

It's stupid, and they did it in Guardians if the Galaxy too. But these people aren't earth humans, they are all aliens so I'm not going to lose sleep over them having the ability to survive in space for at least a little while.

So Finn has a breathing mask on, but doesn't appear to be in zero gravity (though it's hard to tell). Maybe this is just way high up somewhere and not space...

Y'all know I was just kidding with the space stuff right? Rey and Kylo are extremely powerful with the force so they can do all kinds of stuff. Hell Anakin and Obi Wan fought hovering a few feet over some lava and were fine. Well... at least Obi Wan was fine.
Sooo... they once again show Horses running on top of Star Destroyers again, but Rey jumping out of one is what y'all are concerned with?!?
In all seriousness though... they aren't in space, right? We've seen multiple shots of Star Destroyers coming out of ice, lightening in the background, etc. This massive fight is in atmosphere, they aren't in space. Thought that was already a given.
Honestly, I thought this was clear. Not to sound like Redstone about it.
