I agree. He knew he didn't have much time, so after his conversation with the AM didn't produce any results he stole the keys and "borrowed" the books to take home. The unknown for me is was that his whole purpose in going to the Citadel - just to steal the books and find out that Dragonstone has a crap ton of dragon glass underneath it, or will his storyline there continue and will he help cure Jorah or find some more helpful info on how to kill WW's.TX_AG_10 said:

This is a screen grab from reddit, and it's kind of hard to read and get all the info, but this book Sam has mentions dragonglass and a cure for something, because of the work some guy was doing on illnesses and disease.
Could be a red herring or it could all tie in together.

It's entirely dependent on how available Dragonglass willl become now that Dany has settled in. She's not gonna just hand out the stuff to anyone who asks. The odds of Valryia being relevant in the show again is slim, but i just thought it was worth mentioning as it relates to Jorah's current afflection and what a cure could mean.BowSowy said:

The show isn't linear so it's impossible to tell. The time between scenes in King's Landing is different than scenes at the Wall and etc. it's been a common topic discussion that usually comes up when a character appears in multiple locations that are far away (ie Littlefinger or Varys).MW03 said:

Little Fingers acknowledges his only weapon is knowledge. I feel like he has connected the dots on Jon and is waiting for the right moment to capitalize on his information.

Will they still feel the same way about the "king in the norf" if his blood is Targ. (albeit also stark from Lyanna).

Yes, I think it's pretty clear that dragon glass will be a component of the cure for grey scale. It has to be the reason sheeren lived.

This part bothered me some - Theon and Yara stole all the best ships and gave them to Dany. According to Euron, the Iron Islands are a bunch of rocks full of bird **** and ugly people. He wants to break Sanaa's trust and support for Jon and delegitimize Jon in the eyes of the lords in the North. Have Sansa declared the true ruler of the North and, with her position owed to Little Finger, agree to wage war in the South leading him to take the Iron Throne.

also i was looking Sams hands and arms were covered - I would think that would be a logical precaution when dealing with the quarantined.
In addition t that I rewatched and he only grabs the bowl as Sam is also grabbing it. Still want to be covered because of transfer possibility of course.
looks like gloves and sleeves covering all skin here...
