I hadn't seen my girlfriend Rachel in a long time and we went to see Schindlers List together and ended up making out most of the time.

I went by Rachel's apartment a few days later but her father told that me that he had forbidden her from seeing me again after explaining that his "heavy-set" postman informed him of his "behavior" at Schindler's List with his daughter.

Poltergeist! Where to begin... guy pulls his face apart, large skeleton dog demon thing, swimming pool of corpses....

Yeah, my parents totally let me watch that in the 80's when I was like 7 years old. It's a wonder I ever slept at night!

I hated QT and Pulp Fiction for years and finally rewatched and appreciate it now.

Wait, hear me out.

The scene where they have walked in the woods a long long time and come across a bridge they passed hours before. The sounds of fear in their voice as they realize they're lost. As an outdoorsman, that got my attention.

has anyone said Last House On the Left rape scene? I watched it with a chick I had just started talking to. It was...awkward. Good luck trying to make a move after that!

Also the rape scene in the Hills Have Eyes when the creature is raping the hot daughter. that was awful.

The Ring... i was in college when that movie was in theaters and it still freaked me the hell out... can you imagine falling into a well and grabbing crazy dead girl's hair floating around in there? ...or the video footage of a crazy dead girl climbing out of the well... ???? AHHHH!!!


as a child, when Atreyu loses Artax in the swamp as well as when Travis has to put Old Yeller down were sad scenes that stayed with me my whole life.


oh, and I was way too young when I first saw the exorcist.. never left me.

For some reason Silent Hill disturbed me it is a terrible movie but the barbed wire scene close to the end of it really bugged me.

The Exorcist, when Regan crabwalks on the stairs. I didn't remember that scene being in the original movie when I saw it in 1973 at the theater. I saw the movie some 30 years later on cable and felt like I was seeing that scene for the for first time and was very creeped out. My oldest daughter was watching it with me, and expressed the same "creeped out" sentiment.
