Watched Last of the Mohicans the other night and hadn't seen it in years, but I did recall how, as a kid, and even today the scene where gray hair/the dad is trapped under his horse after the Indians attack them. Magua tells him he will soon kill his daughters, thus killing his lineage, and then cuts out his heart. You can see gray hair's face contort and then his free leg kicks in pain. Just really disturbed me a lot.

And of course any death of a dog.

Saving Private Ryan slow whisper stab scene.

I don't like the movie because of that scene. The only time where a single scene has totally killed a movie for me.

Also, Event Horizon, when the crew looks at the footage of the previous crew. I slept with the lights on for a couple of nights.

A lot of The Ring.

But nothing will make me cuss loudly and use my thumb faster than the abused dog commercials. Holy jeez, those are awful.

Agreed with the Pet Sematary mention. As a child the scenes with sister Zelda kept me up at night for a good solid 5 years.

Currently. I have pretty thick skin and a strong stomach but one movie that made me want to fast forward/look away was most scenes in The Devils Rejects
