yea....

that skull is pretty awful and CGI flames in general are a pretty difficult special effect to pull off well, especially on a TV budget.

It may be a faithful comic book design but what an uninspired costume... just some black pants and a pretty thin jacket with like an upside down U on it. Even with the flaming skull, I don't feel like this guy would kick my ass.

I feel like I'm looking at a shot from T2...

I think Ghost Rider should be made into a rated R animated film.

The flames will look much better in motion.

AOS' costume designer is usually pretty good too. I can't convince myself to like that though.

Gotta say I love this movie. So much cool stuff, and the best Spidey fight ever. Probably the best Spidey as well, though that remains to be seen. Great one liners all around.

I will grant that for casual viewing the movie is too long and had too much packed into it. I think it's great for fans, but if you're a fly-by Marvel consumer it might be overwhelming.

I suspect the average moviegoer will enjoy a more straight forward Avengers movie that centers on a bad guy trying to destroy Earth or the universe or whatever.

I'm not sure I like that they're branding it as "AoS -Ghost Rider". Makes it seem like it's a spinoff instead of continuation.

I am excited how they handle the sokovia accords.

Thanks fir posting TC, but just in case anybody is worried about spoilers in that link, if you know anything about Thanos and the Gauntlet, etc. then you already know what that links says. No surprises really.

I think it makes the most sense for Death to be Hela. Get the most out of a great actress, and it's probably less weird than some new skeleton lady.

Thought we might have a crossover character played by Alfre Woodard, who was the mother who confronts Tony in Civil War, but she's playing a different (major) character in Luke Cage.

Totally made my day when I was reminded earlier about Luke Cage starting this Friday!
