Yep, trailer doesn't really tell you much at all. Cool to see Hawkeye back. Felt like more of a teaser than an actual trailer. No real plot details given.

For some, the Captain Marvel trailer is evidence that "she seems dull." Nothing wrong with that.
I don't wanna drag down this thread, but I simply said she seems dull from the trailers, a sentiment shared by a number of people. It was an opinion (not a fact) I gave in response to someone else mentioning her role in A4.

I imagine there is going to be some time travel in this movie. I'm hoping that Captain Marvel is a key to the actual travel part, but is MIA in the final battle because no one knows where she is when the go back in time. That would be an interesting way to integrate her into the story without ruining the journey that these other characters have been on.
Ronin is ultimately sort of a more badass, no holds barred version of Hawkeye. He uses swords instead of bows. I think it's safe to assume that Hawkeye's family is dusted, which is what fuels the transformation. Pretty much a broken Hawkeye with nothing to lose.Dr. Not Yet Dr. Ag said:

Also in that scene they seem to be in Japan. The term "Ronin" stems from feudal Japan.

I'm not rooting against A4. Quite the opposite. I just hope they can pull this off without blemishing what has been a mostly amazing series of movies.
My response to this is, what about the past decade, and the Russo Bros in particular, makes you even begin to consider this to be a possibility? They're not going to screw it up.
I'm going to withhold judgement in regards to Captain Marvel until I actually see the movie. Looking back, I'm pretty sure I thought Chris Evans was flat/boring as Captain America after the first trailer for that movie.
