Jeremy Renner said Friday that he "broke his arms" during a stunt on "Avengers: Infinity War," which is filming.
Quote:

The actor, who has appeared in action films like "Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation," said: "I'm doing a job that isn't really requiring a ton of stunts. It's not an action movie; it's a comedy. It just happens to have a few stunts in it. So I don't have to beat a whole lot of people up or do anything crazy. So it won't really affect my job.It affects how I get dressed in the morning. I can't tie my shoes, but outside of that and everything else, I can kind of get by."
interesting comment in bold there

UPDATED: Jeremy Renner, who has been filming "Avengers: Infinity War" and recently started shooting the New Line comedy "Tag," said Friday that he "broke his arms" during a stunt. The actor fractured his right elbow and his left wrist while filming "Tag." "That's how it goes," Renner said. "It's part of the job."

The actor was speaking at a Karlovy Vary Film Festival press conference on Friday for Taylor Sheridan's "Wind River," but also discussed his role in Marvel films like "Avengers: Infinity War," creating confusion that he sustained the injuries during "Infinity War" filming.

lmao this was literally my thoughts earlier today as well!

I think I'm gonna see if I can drag my 18 year old son to the Cinemark in Aggieland Sunday after lunch. My wife isn't really into superhero stuff unless it has a hot & funny main actor (Guardians, Deadpool, Ant Man)

Eh he is kind of sick of his old man at this point and likes to do his own thing most of the time. But he agreed to go Sunday after lunch yahoo!

2. Captain America: Winter Soldier
3. Captain America: Civil War
4. Guardians of the Galaxy
5. Iron Man
6. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2
7. Avengers
8. Captain America: The First Avenger
9. Avengers: Age of Ultron
10. Iron Man 3
11. Thor
12. Ant-Man
13. Doctor Strange
14. Incredible Hulk
15. Thor: The Dark World
16. Iron Man 2

Spider-Man might go down to 2 or 3, but right now, I don't think I've had more fun with an MCU movie. I will say that this list changes every time I attempt to do it. I do enjoy all of these movies more than most Superhero movies.

I hear you on that. I watched Civil War last night for the first time since the theater because I couldn't remember where everything left off. That, and I wanted a refresher on the Stark/Spider-Man stuff and I ended up liking the movie as a whole way more than I did the initial go around (which probably had to do with the 3D in the theater - it was so bad that was the last straw for me and I haven't seen a 3D movie since).

And awesome to hear about Spidey being ranked so high. Seeing it in a couple hours. I doubt it'll top GOTG2 for me, but anything even remotely close is going to be great.

I hated Civil War in theaters. It was some of the worst 3D I've ever seen and may be the only time an action movie was better at home than on the big screen.

Marvel have done a fantastic job of creating a universe where all of the movies have actually contributed to. There are so many little elements of this film that touch on the entire MCU and that was one of my favorite aspects.

Homecoming is really good. Really, really good. I haven't had time to really digest it, but it's as tight as story as anything out there. It's a teenage drama coming of age film with some fun action centerpieces. That part was flawlessly executed, as were decisions they made to make it distinct from other iterations.

This is wrong. The politics board has already decided it will fail miserably.

That's ridiculous.

People didn't like Ghostbusters because of a ****ty cast and a ****ty reboot. Wonder Woman killed it because of a good cast with a fresh story.

Nobody likes 50 shades of black because it's a ****ty spoof. Black Panther will make money hand over foot and mainly from white America
