You guys didn't fail me. This is exactly the conversation I was hoping for on a boring Friday afternoon at work, and ya'll came through like champs!
I guess it depends if Wolverine is tier 2. Despite his healing factor, I don't think he's on the same level as Hulk and Thor. Spider-Man is a good answer. He's a lot stronger and faster than Cap.aggie1906 said:
So who of the tier 2 power types would win? I'm talking minor powers and tech. Black Panther? Spider-Man? I know Cap beat Spidey in Civil War, but I think a more seasoned Spidey mops the floor with Cap.
I would say he is and that he wouldn't be the top guy.Bruce Almighty said:I guess it depends if Wolverine is tier 2. Despite his healing factor, I don't think he's on the same level as Hulk and Thor. Spider-Man is a good answer. He's a lot stronger and faster than Cap.aggie1906 said:

True but she is in the movies!aggie1906 said:
Yeah, but that never happens in the movies.
Nerd question, has Magneto ever accessed the iron in people's blood?MrPlow2010 said:
I feel like Magneto could hold his own as long as there is metal close by.

Magneto is a hard-counter to Iron Man, I can tell you that much.
Well, FOX has the rights to Doc Doom, Apoc, Phoenix, Onslaught and Galactus, and I think they already did their horrible version of Galactus in FF 2?Max Power said:
I'm sure Thanos will be portrayed as the most powerful ever, Infinity War will be fun.
Doctor Doom
Apocalypse
Jean Grey/Phoenix
Inhumans hasn't been produced yet, but Black Bolt's voice can potentially destroy planets, and Inhumans is on the way.
Haven't been used but would love to see in a future Marvel film:
Onslaught
Galactus
Adam Warlock (no idea if there's any plan for Infinity War, but I would think he could make an appearance, potentially he has the soul gem which hasn't surfaced yet in the films)
in the comics he went through a period where he was pretty much a badass (and kind of bad guy as well). He was dating Kitty Pryde at the time.aggie1906 said:
Why do you say that? Since when is iceman a badass?

Depending on who is writing the comic, he's definitely up there. His power, at its core, is to slow the vibration of atoms. When you look at it that way, there are very few limits.Bruce Almighty said:aggie1906 said:

His powers are much stronger than spider man. He's an omega level mutant.
